中文摘要: 油藏环境中CO2就地转化为甲烷是目前生物地球化学研究的前沿课题。本项目以注入及埋存在油藏中的CO2为对象,以CO2在油藏环境中赋存状态与转化为甲烷及其资源化利用为背景,应用分子生物学原理与方法,并结合富集培养实验,重点研究油藏环境中CO2生物转化为甲烷的微生物群落结构与功能、微生物功能菌群的组成及物质转化途径与转化机制,解析厌氧环境中CO2转化为甲烷的生物因素和物质要素及其对转化速率的影响,揭示油藏环境中CO2生物转化的机制和规律,探索建立CO2生物转化的调控模式,为油藏中CO2就地生物转化为甲烷、实现CO2油藏埋存减排与资源化转化利用奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: In-reservoir conversion of CO2 to methane is a forefront topic in the field of biogeochemical research. Taking into consideration of the setting state and the possible transformation of CO2 injected into oil reservoir, this project focuses on microbial conversion of CO2 under oil reservoirs conditions. With techniques of molecular biology and combination with enrichment experiments, this study will be conducted on identification and characterization of microbial communities, the mechanisms and pathways involved in the bioconversion of CO2 to methane, as well as the impact of biological factors on the anaerobic conversion rate of CO2 to methane. Based on above researches, the mechanisms and laws for in-reservoir bioconversion of CO2 to methane will be proposed and the regulation techniques for enhancement of microbial conversion of CO2 to methane will be estabolished. The results abtained will provide theoretical basis on in-situ bioconversion of CO2 to methane in oil reservoir, and therefor be of great importance in the sequestration and transformation of CO2 to methane as a natural resources.
