中文摘要: 本项目以原位生物修复主体- - "微生物群落"为研究对象,利用PCR-DGGE、Biolog、FDA-MPN技术,从微生物16S rDNA 基因、代谢功能多样性、功能微生物数量及降解活性等角度,研究生物反应墙修复石油烃污染地下水过程中微生物群落结构的时间与空间演替规律,以及微生物群落结构演替与污染物浓度、电子受体及营养源供给等环境因子之间的响应机制,最终提出生物反应墙有效运行的微生物学调控策略。研究成果可为国内示范场地工程有效运行提供理论依据及方法,对于国内油田及石油化工地区浅层地下水石油烃污染的原位生物修复具有重要实际意义和广泛应用前景。

英文摘要: The object of this study is the microbial community which plays a key role in in-situ bioremediation processes. The technologies of PCR-DGGE, BIOLOG, and FDA-MPN will be applied to address the spatial and temporal evolution of microbial community during the bioremediation of petroleum polluted groundwater by bio-wall technology through the point of view of microbial 16S rDNA, metabolism diversity, the magnitude of functional microbial, and the degradation activity. Meanwhile, the response mechanisms will be studied between the evolution of microbial community and environmental factors, such as pollutant concentration, electron acceptors, and nutrient supply. Finally, maintain strategies will be proposed for the effective operation of bio-wall. The research achievement will provide theoretical basis and methods for the effective operation of domestic field demonstration project. Moreover, there are significant practical meanings and wide application for in-situ bioremediation of shallow groundwater polluted by petroleum in oilfield and petroleum and chemical region.
