中文摘要: 浮游植物作为水域生态系统中重要的生态类群,因其种群构成对栖息环境的变化极为敏感,而成为水环境监测的敏感生物指标。鄱阳湖是具有重要国际地位的高水情变幅通江湖泊,水情动态呈时空异质性。本项目针对鄱阳湖浮游植物生态特征对其独特的水情时空变化响应的机理研究缺乏这一现状,拟选取鄱阳湖典型水情区域,运用大空间尺度的比较湖沼学研究,结合多元统计学等手段,从浮游植物物种、种群与群落等不同尺度揭示鄱阳湖浮游植物种群演变与水情动态之间的相互关系,阐明鄱阳湖浮游植物结构功能演变对水情时空动态变化的响应与反馈机制。研究结果有助于解析湖泊季节性高变幅水情变化对浮游植物结构与功能的影响阈值,为降低区域生态灾害风险和重大水利工程规划决策提供科学依据。

英文摘要: As the important organisms in aquatic ecosystem, phytoplanktons respond very quickly to changes in their environment. Therefore, phytoplankton population observation may be used as a reliable tool for biomonitoring studies to assess the status of aquatic bodies. Being the largest freshwater system connected to the Yangtze River, Poyang Lake plays a vital role in global ecological environment, which is selected as the studying area for temporal and spatial heterogeneity of hydrological characterization and lack of knowledge on the potential impacts on phytoplankton of changes to hydrology. Then, the combined methods of large-scale comparative limnological studies of the lake with multiple statistical analyses based on different scales of single species populations, multiple species communities is able to elucidate the relationships between phytoplankton and hydrological dynamics in Poyang Lake, which can also be helpful to revealing the feedback mechanisms of the structure and function of phytoplankton community to hydrology. The results help us find out the thresholds of hydrology that shape the composition and succession of phytoplankton community in the unique lake with high-amplitude hydrological fluctuations, which can provide scientific basis for environmental impact assessment of hydraulic and hydroelectri
