中文摘要: 非平面式多旋翼不仅让飞行器布局更加紧凑,还可提高旋翼载荷和控制机动性,但由于旋翼间气动干扰愈加明显,需要权衡飞行品质和气动干扰之间的关系,这就使得传统气动分析方法跟不上旋翼气动布局的多样化。如何定性分析气动干扰对旋翼气动性能的影响并确定旋翼系统最佳气动布局开始成为目前多旋翼飞行器研究的热点问题。针对这些问题,本项研究拟采用理论分析、数值模拟和试验研究相结合的方法,以新型非平面旋翼系统为研究对象,对比经典旋翼布局将相邻旋翼作为研究单元系统来分析多旋翼系统的升阻力产生机制,建立旋翼系统的空气动力学模型;通过不同气动参数条件下的动力学特性得到各旋翼系统的最佳气动布局;最后根据旋翼间流场的变化规律,引入干扰因子对旋翼转速控制模型进行修正补偿来提高飞行品质。同时,非平面旋翼单元的研究从空气动力学角度出发扩展了旋翼飞行器控制方法的研究思路,这将为旋翼式飞行器的实用化提供可借鉴的理论指导和试验依据。

英文摘要: Non-planar MFRs (Multi-rotor Flying Robots) are emerged with a compact configuration and large lift to meet the design requirement. Size restrictions force MFRs to operate in a low Reynolds number (Re) aerodynamic regime where aerodynamic interference is dominant, which means the traditional method is not appropriate anymore. Current studies are just getting to focus on the hover performance of rotor pairs and how the rotor arrangement can be traded with propulsive efficiency. This study explores the design issues mentioned above through both experiments and numerical analysis. Compared with the classic rotor arrangement, a new non-planar rotor pair and an aerodynamic model are introduced to understand the effect of the interference on the parameters on the aerodynamic performance. In addition, an interference factor is applied to modify the accuracy of the flight control according to the changing of the flow field. Overall, useful conclusions are provided for the further aerodynamic analysis and control strategy to refine the design of future prototype configurations and meet design requirements. Furthermore, compared with the conventional rotor configuration, the non-planar rotor pair mentioned in this study shows a high significance both in theory and application.
