中文摘要: 组织间合作盛行二十年来,较高的合作失败率令如何管理合作关系以帮助企业从外部拓展竞争优势提升为重要问题。但是在战略管理、会计等领域,对组织间学习创新与管理控制的研究存在不足和争议;而且两个领域"自说自话",没有形成优势互补。基于跨学科理论整合的思路,此项课题以吸收能力理论为切入点,探讨组织间合作情景下管理控制系统与企业吸收能力的关系,包括管理控制系统如何影响企业在组织间合作中识别获取、消化、应用和探索知识,以及相反的因果路径,即企业从外部吸收知识是否改变了管理控制本身。随后,课题将根据中国的转型经济背景,分析制度因素对上述多层关系的特定影响。为此,研究将采用质性分析方法、案例研究和问卷调查,以创建理论框架、发展和验证假说。预期理论成果可以拓展企业管理控制的研究视野,揭示管理变革的外部动因,并为管理控制与学习创新的理论争议提供新的启示。此项研究也可以为中国企业改进知识管理或组织间管理提供借鉴。

英文摘要: The inter-firm management control has been academically and practically recognized as the important problems recently as to sustain inter-firm cooperation and leverage competitive advantage outside the boundary of firm. But the high rate of failure of alliances and other forms of inter-firm contracting force managers and scholars to cast extensive attention on how adopt an effective management control to contribute to firms absorption of external resources and knowledge. To combine the research on control system or levers from management accounting area and the theoretical models or views on firms learning behavior in the inter-organizational network from strategy and organization discipline is a rewarding attempt to explore the relationship between management control pattern and firm absorptive capacity. This project tries to explore the firm learning behavior from the perspective of absorptive capacity, and to make theoretical development on the three tiers of causal paths on the interaction of management control levers and firm absorptive capacity. To adopt the top down inductive analysis, the research team in this project tends to develop the theoretical instruments and framework by the integration of the theoretical thoughts and perspectives from different areas above mentioned.
