中文摘要： 随着经营环境的变化，外资企业相关策略也进行着动态的调整，这种动态调整对本土企业的创新活动具有重要影响，目前国内外对此尚缺乏深度的理论研究和科学准确的实证分析。申请人前期研究发现外资企业常采用"领先一步"的创新策略，在与本土企业的创新博弈中产生一种"挤牙膏现象"。 本课题将其进一步扩展，以外企的策略演化为切入点，将企业技术创新理论与FDI创新溢出效应研究相结合，在详细梳理外资经营环境的变化及其业策略调整基础上，以互动竞争理论和演化博弈理论为分析工具，结合实证分析和数值模拟，力图揭示内、外资企业的创新博弈对本土企业创新效率的影响。课题重点分析外企策略调整影响本土企业创新效率的机制及决定因素，在此基础上归纳和演绎本土企业提升创新效率的途径，并提出基于政府、外企和内企良性互动的三位一体综合政策支持体系。本项目有助于扩展现有FDI创新溢出效应的研究，并能为企业战略和政府政策动态调整提供决策参考。

英文摘要： Along with the change of the business environment in China, the Multinational enterprise's strategies are also carrying on a process of dynamic adjustment. Definitely, this dynamic process has an important impact on the innovation activities of domestic enterprises. However, there is still no in-depth theory research, as well as scientific and accurate empirical analysis about that. The applicant found that MNES often adopt 'one-step ahead' innovation strategy, producing a phenomenon named 'squeeze toothpaste' during the innovation game with domestic enterprises.This project will further expand that study taking MNES' strategy evolution as the breakthrough point, combining enterprise technology innovation theory with the research on FDI innovation spillover effects. Based on the analysis of the changes of business environment in China and the process of MNES' strategy adjustment, and combined with the empirical analysis method and numerical simulation technology, this research tries to reveal the effects of innovation game between MNES and domestic enterprises on the domestic enterprises' innovation efficiency.The analysis mainly focuses on the mechanisms and the determinants that the MNES' strategy adjustment impact on domestic enterprises' innovation efficiency, and conclude the approach to improve domestic en
