中文摘要: 以企业跨界互动行为与合法性行动中的关键角色(高管团队)为研究的行为对象,跳出传统社会网络研究只就网络而谈网络的窠臼,超越经典组织制度理论仅从宏观制度背景而谈制度压力的范式,秉承一种网络制度视角,将制度压力下企业合法性问题与高管团队网络行为加以衔接并按以下两大思路展开研究:关注高管团队企业合法性行动网络特征及组织性因素在其中的影响作用,考察中国制度转型背景下组织烙印与高管团队企业合法性行动网络特征的关系;聚焦组织学习能力这一中国制度转型背景下企业的重要竞争能力,以探索性和应用性学习能力、双向性学习能力为其具体操作概念,从高管团队整体性的网络嵌入深度和广度、不同类型企业合法性行动中差别化网络两个侧面,研究其与探索性和应用性能力、双向性能力的关系。通过上述研究,有助于从一个特定侧面理解中国制度转型背景下企业的竞争发展生态,研究结果可为高管团队基于企业竞争发展如何采取有效战略行为提供重要理论指导。

英文摘要: Focusing on top management team (TMT) who plays key role in boundary spanning and legitimacy activities, this project holds a network-institutional perspective to break through the limitations in social network theory and organizational institutionalism that treat separately the networks and the institutional pressures under macro institutional context. This project associates organizational legitimacy activities and TMT networking behaviors and tries to undertake the following two research issues: 1) to detect the characteristics of TMT networks in organizational legitimacy activities, and to analyze the influences upon which organizational factors as well as organizational imprinting under China's institutional transition may have; 2) to focus on such critical competition capacity as organizational learning capacity under China's institutional transition (specifically, exploration, exploitation, and their ambidexterity) and on two research aspects, i.e., depth and width of TMT embeddedness in networks as well as networks in different types of organizational legitimacy activities, so as to consider the relationships between such two research aspects and organizational learning capability.
