中文摘要: 新兴技术的涌现和发展为我国扭转创新窘境,实现前沿技术突破提供了难得机遇。然而,经济转型的制度环境变化使得企业开展新兴技术创新的过程仍然异常艰难。新兴技术创新不仅面临动态的制度环境变化,而且更重要的是如何在这种动态环境中进行有效的资源管理从而实现新兴技术创新绩效的提升。基于动态资源管理框架,本研究从外部社会关系与内部组织学习两个重要基点出发,重点探索企业如何通过管理者关系和组织学习共同影响新兴技术创新的动态资源管理能力从而提高创新绩效的影响作用关系及路径选择问题。通过整合组织学习理论、社会资本理论,资源管理理论等阐明管理者关系、组织学习与动态资源管理及新兴技术创新的影响关系和作用机理,为新兴技术创新实践和政府政策制定提供理论依据和实践指导,具有突出的理论和实践价值。

英文摘要: The increasing development of emerging technology create important opportunities to improve Chinese innovation predicament and achive breakthrough of advanced technology. However, the dynamic institutional environments in transitional economies make firms hard to efficiently implement emerging technology process. In this case, the important trouble for emerging technology is that how to achieve efficient resource management to improve performance of emerging technology coupled by dynamic transitional institutions. In line with the framework of dynamic resource management, this research based on external social ties and internal organizational learning addresses the questions that how managerial ties and organizational learning jonitly impact dynamic resource management in order to enhance emerging technology innovation performance. Also, this research clarifies the relationships and process among managerial ties, organizational learning, and dynamic resource management and emerging technology innovation, which provides important theoretical and practical values for innovative activities of emerging technology and governmental policies-making.
