中文摘要: 在竞争性环境下,技术效率充分是企业长期内赢得良好经营绩效和保持竞争力的重要基础。现阶段,环境友好理念已得到世界各国普遍认同;而体现该理念的循环经济与低碳发展等目标对于包括我国在内的很多发展中国家的制造企业来说,意味着新的挑战、新的成本和新的约束;因此,这也必将对我国制造企业特别是高能耗企业的经营与竞争力产生重要的影响。本项目旨在传统企业技术效率研究的基础上,引入循环经济理念(尤其是减量化原则)与低碳之双重约束条件,从企业微观层面上系统研究和提炼我国高能耗制造企业效率评价与提升中的内在规律及其理论分析框架,并寻找到适宜的评价方法与工具。进一步地,结合申请团队的研究特色与数据可得性等现实条件,拟重点以我国钢铁企业为例进行系列实证分析与案例研究,最终为双重约束条件下我国高能耗企业效率提升下的发展路径与方案提供决策依据与建议。

英文摘要: In the competitive environment, the technical efficiency is necessary for enterprise to gain good operating performance and keep competitive strength in long-term. At present, the environment-friendly idea has been generally recognized by the countries all over the world. However, some goals such as circular economy and low carbon which reflecting the idea will mean the new challenge, new costs and new constraints to manufacturing enterprise in China and others developing countries, and therefore, it will also has important influence on China's enterprise particularly those high energy consumption manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of traditional enterprise technical efficiency theory and model, this project will introduce the dual constraint conditions which are circular economy principles (especially the reduction principle) and low carbon, and aim to systematically research and refine the general principles and theory framework on the technical efficiencies' evaluation and improvement about the China's high energy consumption manufacturing enterprises from the micro-level viewpoint, and furthermore find the appropriate evaluation model and methods.
