中文摘要: 白菜是我国消费量最大的蔬菜,其营养品质日益受到关注。花青苷和黄酮醇苷作为重要的植物次生代谢产物,具有抗氧化、抗癌和改善心血管等生理功效。本研究在白菜全基因组测序及95份材料重测序和表达谱分析的基础上,利用HPLC-DAD和HPLC-UV-MS/MS技术,研究白菜中花青苷和黄酮醇苷的分子结构和含量,明确它们在不同栽培类型中的自然变异特点。基于重测序数据,进行白菜花青苷和黄酮醇苷积累特性的全基因组关联分析,并结合通过基因表达量与两类物质含量的相关性分析,确定控制花青苷和黄酮醇苷合成的关键基因,建立白菜中这两类物质的代谢调控网络。本项目为改良白菜类蔬菜的营养品质,培育高花青苷和黄酮醇苷含量的白菜新品种提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Brassica rapa has the largest consumption in China. Its nutritional quality has been concerned increasingly. Anthocyanins and flavonol glycosides, which are important plant secondary metabolites, have several bioactivities such as anti-oxidation,anti-cancer and preventing heart disease. Baseed on whole genome re-sequencing and expression profile analysis of 95 cultivars, molecular structures and contents of anthocyanins and flavonol glycosides will be analyzed to elucidate their natural variation in various cultivars of B. rapa by using HPLC-DAD and HPLC-UV-MS/MS. Genome-wide association study (GWAS) on the accumulation characteristics of anthocyanins and flavonol glycosides will be performed based on re-sequencing data. Key gene will be identified based on the correlativity between the gene expression levels and the content of these metabolites. Metabolic regulatory networks of these two groups of metabolites in B. rapa will be developed. This research provides a theoretical basis to improve the qualities of B. rapaand to breed new cultivars containing high contents of anthocyanins and flavonol glycosides.
