中文摘要: 香味品质是苹果果实品质性状的重要组成部分,改善香味品质是苹果重要育种目标之一。基于杂交群体进行香味品质育种的研究自 2005 年首次见诸报道后日益受到关注。‘蜜脆’果实香气独特,呈蜂蜜味,1,3-辛二醇等二醇类物质是果肉中最主要的香气物质,然而目前深入研究二醇类香气物质遗传规律及其在植物中合成机制的报道未见。本项目基于 GC-MS 分析‘蜜脆’ב秦冠’ F1 代分离群体香气物质尤其是二醇类香气物质的遗传规律,利用 GBS 技术构建对应的遗传图谱,通过关联分析对与香气物质代谢相关的 QTL 位点定位并开发 SNP 标记,并对主效基因和开发的 SNP 标记进行验证,以揭示二醇类香气物质的遗传规律及控制其合成的关键位点。本项目的实施将为苹果香味品质育种提供理论依据、丰富香气物质尤其是二醇类香气物质的遗传规律以及合成机制的研究成果。

英文摘要: Aroma is one of the key quality attributes of apple (Malus domestica Mill.) fruit. Therefore, improving aroma quality of apple is an important breeding goal and has gained increasing attention since the first report on apple aroma breeding based on hybrid population in 2005.The special aroma of ‘Honeycrisp’ fruit has honey note, and 1,3-octanediol and other glycols dominate the aroma profile in its flesh. However, the academic reports on genetic model and biosynthesis mechanism of glycols are rare. In this research, to reveal the genetic model and key loci for the biosynthesis of glycols , genetic model in glycols production will be investigated using a segregating population from a ‘Honeycrisp’ × ‘Qinguan’ cross by GC-MS, while genetic map will be constructed by GBS. Then, QTL loci and SNP markers for the production of aroma compounds will be identified based on association analysis, followed by verification for the above results. This project will supply theoretical foundation for aroma quality improvement of apple breeding program, and it will also provide important information for genetic model and biosynthesis of aroma compounds especially glycols in apple fruit.
