中文摘要: 水稻的粒形性状是一类受多基因调控和环境影响的复杂数量性状。水稻重要农艺性状基因型与表型的关联分析研究是当前水稻重要基因发掘与利用的热点,利用丰富的自然群体资源和公开的基因信息,基于连锁不平衡的关联分析方法,可以突破常规连锁作图定位中亲本数量和遗传背景的局限,发掘得到更多的等位变异信息。因此,本研究利用包含570份水稻核心种质的关联定位群体,根据已发表的粒形QTL克隆与精细定位的结果,在用100对SSR标记全基因组基因型扫描的同时,引入基因标记和候选基因标记,采用全基因组扫描分析和候选基因分析两种方法,结合多年多环境的表型调查,对已克隆和已精细定位粒形QTL进行不同遗传背景下的稳定性验证,鉴定可能实质性影响粒形的候选基因,开发功能性基因标记并应用于我国不同生态稻区主栽品种中粒形有利等位基因的构成分析,为聚合育种提供材料信息和技术支持,也为分子标记辅助选择培育优质水稻品种提供理论及实践依据。

英文摘要: Grain shape is controlled by multiple genes and affected by changing environment. With the use of natural rice gerplasm populations and the public data of genome sequences, association analysis based on linkage disequilibrium is a new useful tool for the discovery of more allelic variants, and can breakthrough the limits of traditional linkage mapping. Therefore, in this study we constructed an association analysis population consists of 570 core rice varieties with different grain shape, employed four growing seasons for phenotypic evaluation, performed the genome-wide association analysis with 100 SSR markers for genotyping, and performed candidate gene association analysis by using gene and candidate gene markers. We are aim to validate the genetic stability of finely mapped or cloned QTLs for grain shape under different environment, identify favorable alleles in the population, develop functional gene markers for the genotypic analysis of major rice varieties in our country, and for the exploration of new breeding lines, may provide informational and technological support for gene-polymeric breeding, and provided theoretical and practical basis for further improving rice with high quality through marker-assisted selection.
