中文摘要: 我国在用于白内障手术的人工晶体的设计和制造方面一直处于落后地位;具有连续调节范围的人工晶体的设计是一个具有极大经济价值和科学价值的重要课题。本项目拟将光学中大焦深设计的理念应用于人工晶状体的设计,设计和制作3D焦深的人工晶体。使植入此人工晶体的人眼能够在3D连续范围内清晰视物,以恢复术后人眼的调节能力。本项目拟研究以下内容:3D焦深位相板及3D焦深人工晶体的设计方法;植入3D焦深人工晶体后人眼的成像和视觉性能;角膜像差存在时3D焦深人工晶体的设计;3D焦深人工晶体的制作和成像性能的实验研究。项目的创新思想在于将光学中的大焦深技术应用于人工晶体的设计,使人眼获得连续的范围内的清晰视物,即调节能力。主要的创新点是:首次用全光学方法设计3D焦深人工晶体;首次研究了人眼角膜像差存在3D大焦深人工晶体设计;首次将设计的3D焦深人工晶体进行实际加工,分析其成像性能。

英文摘要: China has been in the backward position at Intraocular Lens design and fabrication. The Intraocular Lens with accommodation ability is of great economic and scientific value. The extending depth of focus design is used to design Intraocular Lens for hunman eye to design and fabricate Intraocular Lens with 3D depth of foucs,aiming to make the eye see clearly in a 3D continuous distance. The following contents will be studied in this project: the mehod to design the the phase plate with 3D depth of focus; the imaging and visal properties of the eye with the designed Intraocular Lens; the effects of the corneal aberrations on the Intraocular Lens with 3D depht of focus; fabrication the designed Intraocular Lens and experimentally study the designed Intraocular Lens. The noval idea of the project is applying the idea of extending depth of focus to the Intraocular Lens design. The main innovation points are: the extending depth of focus is applied to the Intraocular Lens design; design Intraocular Lens with 3D depth of foucs when the corneal aberrations are considered; the Intraocular Lens with 3D depht of foucs is to be fabricated and the imaging quality will be studied.
