中文摘要: 加速度计性能参数匹配是提高旋转式重力梯度仪精度的重要保证,也是旋转式重力梯度仪研究的难题之一。由于匹配要求非常高,单一的加速度计静态性能匹配方法难以有效解决匹配问题。所以,加速度计性能参数匹配研究具有重要的科学意义。针对加速度计性能参数匹配,本课题将从三个方面展开研究:(1)研究基于平面双线圈结构的新型力矩器及标度因数匹配方法。通过光刻工艺,减小传统工艺中因偏心、粘接、不同轴等引起的不匹配,提高工艺参数的一致性。通过调节驱动电流实现标度因数匹配,既保证标度因数匹配的精度,也适于在线调节。(2)研究加速度计动态性能参数匹配方法。基于加速度计精确模型参数辨识,设计控制器,使加速度计动态特性趋于一致,实现加速度计动态性能参数匹配。(3)引入反映"匹配程度"的反馈量,研究旋转式重力梯度仪的在线匹配和补偿方法。

英文摘要: The performance matching of accelerometers is not only an important guarantee for improving the accuracy of rotating gravity gradiometer, but also one key problem in the research of rotating gravity gradiometer. Due to the high matching requirements, the matching method about the static performance of a single accelerometer cannot effectively solve the matching problem. Therefore, the research on accelerometers matching has important scientific significance. Aiming at accelerometers matching, this project will study from the following three aspects. (1) With the use of new torque converter based on the planar dual-coil and photolithography process, the mismatching caused by eccentric, bonding, and misalignment is reduced, and also the consistency of process parameters is improved. Adjusting the drive current to realize scale factor matching ensures the accuracy of it, and also suits online matching. (2) Based on the model identification of exact parameters of the accelerometers, the dynamic characteristics of the accelerometers tend to be equalized. In this way, the dynamic performance matching of the accelerometers is realized. (3) With the feedback reflecting the degree of matching, we studies the online matching and compensation methods.
