中文摘要: 本项目提出了一种基于气流转子来实现六自由度惯性测量的新型MEMS惯性传感器。其基本原理是通过合成射流器喷出的气体形成一个气流转子,该气流转子具有传统机械转子所具有的定轴性和进动性,当外界有垂直于或平行于气体转子转轴的角速度或加速度输入时,与壳体固定的热敏电阻丝就会与气流转子产生一个相对的运动引起热敏电阻丝电阻的变化,通过该阻值的变化,就可以确定外界输入的角速度或加速度。该传感器消除了振子陀螺的正交耦合误差,能够同时敏感3个方向的角速率与3个方向的线加速度,是当前所有MEMS惯性传感器中多轴测量之最。同时气流转子实现简单、抗冲击性好、制作工艺简单,所提出的新原理陀螺仪是一项很有前景的MEMS惯性传感器。

英文摘要: This project proposes and researches a novel vortex multi-axis inertial sensor, which can detect three components of angular rate and three components of linear acceleration simultaneously. It uses a vortex gas flow instead of the traditional linear gas flow as the inertial mass to detect the angular rate and linear acceleration. In the implementation,the vortex will be formed by jetting the gas into a round chamber through two opposing nozzle orifices in the opposite direction. And the multi-axis detection is realized by a proper configuration of thermistors. Considering its 6-Dof inertial measurement capbility in such a a feasible process,it will be a very promising technology to withstand the high shock in some harsh applications.
