中文摘要: 随着海洋开发和军事用途需求的不断增长,AUV也逐渐向高度智能化、大潜深、长航程等方向发展。为了解决现有充电方式的不足,研制基于感应电能传输技术(ICPT)的非接触自主充电系统就显得十分必要。通过对海水环境下应用的松耦合变压器结构、海水压力环境压磁效应以及海水导电性等因素对ICPT传输的影响进行分析,建立海水环境下的ICPT系统结构模型,并结合人工神经网络原理对模型进行分析,研究基于神经网络的模糊控制算法,使其能够动态调节电磁耦合器的等效感抗,进行功率补偿以保证电磁耦合器输出电压稳定。在此基础上,利用现有成熟的AUV对接平台,通过增设ICPT对接充电机构来进行整机试验验证,使其满足AUV的使用需求。最终建立传输功率不小于500W,效率大于70%的AUV非接触自主充电系统,不仅能增加AUV的智能化水平及隐蔽性能,还将简化AUV作业流程,降低作业难度,扩大AUV的应用范围。

英文摘要: As the deep sea exploration and military application are developing, autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) technology is required to be intelligent, deep-diving, long distance with standard and modulation design. In order to improve the shortage of existing charging methods, it is nessecery to develop the contactless charging system based on the inductively coupled power transfer (ICPT) technology. On Base of the analysis on the influence factors such as loosely coupled transformer structure, pressure, water conductiveness in sea water environment, a model of ICPT system applicated in sea water environment will be built. Combined with artificial neural network theory and fuzzy control arithmetic, it can do the dynamic tuning of the electromagnetic coupler equivalent inductance to ensure the output voltage stability by power compensation. In addition, the ICPT charging system will be added to existing AUV launch platform to satisfy underwater charging need of the AUV. The system output will transfer power no less than 500Watts with at least 70% efficiency. This method will improve the AUV intellgence and hidding capability, simplify the work flow and extend the AUV application fields.
