中文摘要: 不确定环境下的二层多目标优化一直是当前决策领域的难点。本项目深入研究一类带有模糊型参数(模糊变量、模糊随机变量、复杂模糊变量)的二层多目标优化模型及其在矿产开发中的应用。在基础理论方面,首先给出模糊型环境下二层多目标优化模型有效解的定义,分析其存在性条件以及模型的凸性等性质,其次利用模糊型变量的期望值、机会测度、相关机会测度处理目标函数及约束条件,将模型转化为具有现实意义的数学模型,最后设计了一类基于模糊型模拟的混合智能算法进行求解。在应用基础方面,针对矿产开发中的资源浪费、环境破坏等现象,就其资源分配、库存控制、园区选址等关键问题,构建模糊二层多目标资源分配模型、模糊随机二层多目标库存控制模型及复杂模糊二层多目标选址规划模型,设计相应的算法,最终应用于现实案例以证实所建理论及算法的有效性。本课题以期建立一套切实有效的理论及方法体系,形成资源节约、环境保护的矿业空间格局及生产方式。

英文摘要: Bi-level multi-objective optimization under uncertain environment is always the difficulty in the field of decision-making science. This project concentrates on a class of bi-level multi-objective optimization models with fuzzy-like coefficients including fuzzy variables, fuzzy random variables and complex fuzzy variables and their application in mineral exploration. On the fundamental theory, we will firstly give the definition of the efficient solution of fuzzy-like bi-level multi-objective optimization model and analyze the existence of efficient solutions and the convexity. Then the bi-level optimization model under fuzzy-like environment will be converted into a crisp one with real-life meaning using the expected value operator, chance measure and dependent-chance measure of fuzzy-like variables. Finally, a hybrid intelligent algorithm based on fuzzy-like simulation will be designed to solve the converted model. On the application, aiming at the resource-wasting and environment-destroyed phenomena, we will develop the fuzzy bi-level multi-objective assignment model, fuzzy random bi-level multi-objective inventory model and complex fuzzy bi-level multi-objective location model for those key problems in mineral exploration, and then design the relative algorithm to solve them, finally apply them to some real-
