中文摘要: 机构现代设计方法可以使经典设计理论有更深广的发展与应用,进而形成新的设计理论和方法体系。申请人提出的"铰链四杆机构解域综合理论与方法"即有此功效。因此,本申请的主要目标就是将这一方法拓展到六杆以上的多杆机构中,形成适合于多杆机构的设计理论与方法体系,并最终给出可视化、立体化、动态化及自动化的机构创新设计软件系统。另外,满足某一设计要求的机构设计问题,在型综合完成之后,通常会得到无穷多解。如何在无穷多个机构中找到性能最优的机构一直以来都是机构学研究中的瓶颈问题。虽然通过优化方法可以得到所谓的最优解,但从理论上却无法证明其为全局最优解。有鉴于此,本申请将借鉴在铰链四杆机构中已取得的研究成果,将解域理论及方法用于平面和球面多杆机构的运动综合中,最终找到可以满足所有设计要求的全局最优解。 本项目研究成果对丰富和完善机构运动综合理论,指导高性能机构和机器的设计及工程应用具有积极意义。

英文摘要: Modern mechanism design methodology can make some classical synthesis theory have a profoundly development and a widely application, furthermore establish a new theory and methodology. Therefore, based on some important achievements which are about the synthesis of planar four-bar based on solution region methodology proposed by us before. This methodology will be expanded for synthesizing more than six-bar multi-bar linkages, and new theory and methodology will be formed. And then, some visualization, three-dimensional, dynamic and automation mechanism design software systems are developed. One good machine design is generally got from one good mechanism design. And after finishing the type synthesis, there are infinite numbers of mechanisms, which meet all design conditions. For mechanism researchers, how to find the best one from these infinite linkages is a challenge problem for a long time in this field. Although one so-called optimal solution can be obtained with optimization methodology, but it is difficult to testify theoretically that that is best one of the global field. Development of science and technology demands better machines, therefore it is urgent to find a way to synthesize the best mechanism for the better machines.
