中文摘要: 柔性变胞机构在工程技术领域有着特殊而又非常重要的应用。本项目首次提出柔性变胞机构动力学设计问题,并对其进行全面、系统、深入的研究。基于变胞关联矩阵法与Lagrange方程,首次提出并建立可实现任意构态间快速转换的柔性变胞机构全构态非线性动力学模型。首次提出并建立柔性变胞机构动力学全域性能评价指标体系,进而构建出柔性变胞机构动力学优化设计模型。主要内容包括:柔性变胞机构在构态切换时的动力学行为研究;柔性変胞机构非线性动力学模型的构建;柔性变胞机构动力学全域性能评价指标体系的建立;柔性变胞机构动力学优化设计理论与方法研究;柔性变胞机构原理实物样机(2台)的研制及其动态性能实验研究。 本研究项目将为柔性变胞机构动力学设计提供系统完善的理论与方法,丰富和发展机构学与机械动力学理论,同时,还将为柔性变胞机构的设计与工程应用提供重要的理论与实验依据。

英文摘要: Flexible metamorphic mechanism (FMM) has been introduced to engineering and technology domain with special and important applications. In this program, the problem of dynamics design in flexible metamorphic mechanism is proposed for the first time and an in-depth research will be done subsequently. A new nonlinear dynamic equation of FMM which can be used to achieve rapid conversion of any two configurations is established firstly. The evaluation system of dynamic global performance index of FMM is proposed and established. And furthermore, the establishment of dynamics optimization design model in FMM is achieved. The main contents can be listed as follows: research on dynamic behaviors of FMM in congfiguration change, the establishment of nonlinear dynamic equation of FMM, the establishment of evaluation system of dynamic global performance index in FMM, research on the theory and method of dynamics optimization design in FMM, manufacture and experiment study on dynamic performance aiming at two real flexible metamorphic mechanisms. Comprehensive and systemic theories and methods of dynamics design in FMM which can enrich and develop the mechanics and dynamics will be formulated in this program. And meanwhile, important theories and experimental basis will be provided for the design and engineering applicatio
