中文摘要: 本课题旨在理清收入差距扩大的内在机制,探索在构建和谐社会的目标下如何有效地缩小收入差距,以期为政府制定解决收入差距问题的政策提供突破口。本课题侧重于从需求角度考察收入差距与教育的逻辑关系,以收入差距扩大作为研究出发点,构建"收入差距扩大- - 商品需求多样化和商品需求分层- - 生产要素需求分层(包括不同教育水平劳动力需求分层)- - 生产要素价格差距扩大(包括教育报酬差距扩大)- - 收入差距扩大"的研究逻辑框架,运用局部均衡和动态优化模型对其开展理论论证,并就其主要研究逻辑环节逐层进行实证检验,勾勒收入差距对不同层次教育需求分层的影响,从而揭示收入差距扩大本身可能通过对商品需求和生产要素需求的影响,呈现出自我加强的趋势,提出教育供给结构的改善将有助于减弱收入差距自我加强的趋势。 本课题从需求层面解析收入差距及收入差距与教育的关系,是该类研究中有益的探索性研究。

英文摘要: This project aims to clarify the internal mechanisms of income inequality to provide efficient suggestions for the government to narrow income inequality. Distinguished from the existing literatures, we analyze the relationship between income inequality and education from the demand-side. The analytic frame of this project is that: income inequality-product demand diversity and product demand differentiation-factor demand diversity and factor demand differentiation-factor price differentiation-income inequality. We use partial equilibrium and dynamic optimization model to carry out our theoretical argument and to prove the analytic framer chain layer by layer. The main viewpoint of this project is that income inequality may be consolidated by itself through the demand of products and factors. In that case, the improvement of education supply structure may be helpful to reduce income inequality self-consolidation. Analyzing the relationship between income inequality and education from the demand-side is the major innovation of this project.
