中文摘要： 本项目将立足于中国农村金融的基本事实，在总结农村金融市场的各种合约和产品的基础上，抽象出具有中国特征的典型问题。基于实地调查和实验，从农村金融市场的供需角度，客观地分析需求（农村中小企业和农户）和供给主体（各类金融机构）的主要特征和约束，揭示需求方的金融服务配给程度及其根源，评估不同供给方及其交易机制在现实中的作用和效率，估计金融服务深化对农户行为（如投资、消费等）和农业生产中的公共品供给、要素配置等的影响，从而设计多层次现代农村金融体系的机制、模式和整合关系，为新一轮的农村改革提供参考依据。

英文摘要： The research is based on the basic facts in rural china. and typical questiones with chinese characters will be abstrcted after summing up existed contracts and products. By employing field surveys and experiments, we will objectively analysis the main characters and constraints which suppliers (all kinds of financial sectors) and demands (households) faced in rural china, discover the extent and roots of financial failure, evaluate the efficiency of the different suppliers and trading mechanism in reality. Finally, it is estimated that the effect of financial deepening on the behavior of farmers (such as investment, consumption, etc.) and the supply of public goods in agriculture, factor allocation. These can be benefit for us to design suitable mechanisms, modalities and for modern rural financial system. The results are useful to provide suggestions for the next reform in rural china.
