中文摘要： 农业社会化服务是现代农业发展的必然要求。本项目以粮食主产区农业社会化服务为研究对象，从理论和实证两个层面对我国粮食主产区农业社会化服务的本质特征、系统结构、运行机制与运行绩效进行研究。以农户水稻生产为例，分析农户接受农业社会化服务的影响因子，选择"农业生产服务、农业流通服务、农业科技服务、农业信息服务、农业金融服务"等内容为评价对象，测算不同类型农业社会化服务绩效的农户满意度，以揭示粮食主产区农业社会化服务现状、存在问题、创新的关键性障碍因素。通过对农业社会化服务体系主要模式及运行机制的国内外比较研究，科学界定各种模式的内涵特点、运行机制、在农业产业链上的重要意义等理论与实践问题。同时，以实证手段检验农业社会化服务对农户规模经营与增收的影响，以及政府农业公共服务政策扶持效果，并针对不同农户需求，提出粮食主产区农业社会化服务体系创新的路径选择与政策扶持的优化方案。

英文摘要： Agricultural socialization service is the inevitable demand of modern agriculture development. The agriculture socialization serves of main grain producing areas has been taking as the study object of the project, the agricultural socialization service nature, system structure, operation mechanism and performance which are researched from both theoretical and empirical two levels in the main grain production area. Using farmer's rice production for example, to analytic influence genes of farmer accepting agricultural socialization service, to select the " agricultural production services, agricultural circulation services, agricultural science and technology service, agriculture information service, agricultural financial services" which were been the evaluation objects, to calculate the farmer satisfaction of the different types of agricultural socialization service performance , in order to reveal the agricultural socialization service status, existing problems, the key of innovation barriers in Main grain producing areas.
