中文摘要: 微电网是实现分布式可再生能源利用的最有效途径之一,而功率平衡与经济调度是微电网稳定、经济运行的基础。本项目拟针对微电网功率平衡与经济调度问题,根据微电网应用需求和运行特征,研究微电网环境下多约束自主体网络的建模与协调优化。主要研究内容包括:在对微电网运行和控制特征进行分析和抽象的基础上,建立反映微电网特征与约束的复杂多主体网络模型;针对微电网环境下的功率平衡与经济调度,研究复杂自主体网络的分布式协调控制与优化问题、定性定量的分析分布式算法的性能与通信拓扑及算法参数之间的关系;考虑通信约束对所设计的算法的影响,定量定性的分析算法性能与通信约束的关系,研究在各种通信约束下相应分布式算法的设计问题。这些研究一方面在理论上拓展多自主体网络协调控制理论;另一方面,相应结果将为微电网的开发、设计与控制提供有力的理论指导。

英文摘要: Microgrid is one of the most effective methods to utilize distributed renewable energy resources, and the power balance and economic dispatch are fundamental problems for the stable and economic operation of microgrids. In order to solve the power balance and economic dispatch problems in microgrids, the project intends to study the modeling and coordinated optimization for complex multi-agent networks with multi-constraints, based on the application requirements of microgrid and its features. According to the microgrid operation and control features, a number of typical multi-agent netowork models with those features will be established; The distributed control and optimization for the complex multi-agent networks will be studied to address the power balance and its optimization problems in microgrids and the relationship between the algorithm performance and communication topology will be qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed; the impact of various types of communication constraints on the algorithms will be considered, and the relationship between the algorithm performance and communication constraints will be analyzed in quality and quantity, and the coordination algorithms desgin under given communication constraints will be investigated.
