中文摘要: 本项目从智能电网的基本特征和应用需求出发,研究具有智能电网特征的复杂网络统计特性、脆弱性及其主动防御策略、同步性能极限和网络资源优化调度问题。项目基于智能电网的特征,提出新的统计参量并进行实际电网的特征统计;建立刻画智能电网统计特性的脆弱性评估模型,提出不同的网络故障方式,研究不同故障情况下网络脆弱性并有针对性的给出主动防御策略;基于智能电网的分簇结构特征,研究网络同步性能极限问题;结合智能电网中的无功优化问题,提出网络资源分配和调度算法。通过本研究,将获得具有智能电网特征的复杂网络统计学特征,得到深入刻画智能电网级联故障的网络脆弱性评估模型,给出不同网络故障方式下的主动防御策略,获得网络分簇同步性能极限值,得到能够用于指导智能电网无功优化的资源调度算法。本项目为复杂网络的动态性能分析与优化计算提供新的理论和方法,同时所获得的理论成果将为智能电网的分析、设计与构建提供有力的理论依据。

英文摘要: On account of the basic characteristics and application requirements of the smart grid, this project provides a theoretical framework focus on the analysis of the statistical characteristic, fragility and its active defense strategy, performance limitation of synchronization and optimization dispatching of network resource for complex network with smart grid feature. New statistical parameters are proposed and practical power grid characteristic statistics is carried out based on the specialty of the smart grid; We establish the fragility assessment model featuring the smart grid statistical characteristic, suggest different network failures and study the network fragility under these faults and put forward the active defense strategies accordingly; We also investigate the performance limitation of synchronization base on the clustered structure feature of smart grid; Combined with reactive power optimization in the smart grid, we propose the algorithms for network distribution and dispatching.
