中文摘要: 面对以可再生能源发电、储能设施、柔性输电网络为代表的智能电网基础设施建设的飞速发展,传统的电网调度运行模式已经难以适应新的智能电网运行环境,亟待解决一系列密切相关且具有挑战性的科学和技术问题。本项目旨在从高不确定性可再生能源的大规模接入和储能、动态拓扑等新技术手段对电网经济调度问题的建模与求解带来的重大挑战出发,研究安全约束静态经济调度、动态拓扑调度以及两者相结合的安全约束动态经济调度等问题。以随机规划理论为基础,解决含高维随机向量约束的等价描述模型、动态网络拓扑的线路切换可行域精简方法等关键难题,构造更加适合智能电网环境的经济调度模型,给出具有大规模、多时间尺度、复杂网络结构、混合决策变量的安全约束动态经济调度问题在线求解的系统化高效算法。为在新形势下保障电力系统的安全、稳定、高效、经济运行做出基础理论和方法上的贡献。

英文摘要: Traditional grid scheduling mode has been difficult to adapt to the new smart grid environment with the rapid development of renewable generation, energy storage facilities, and flexible transmission network. There are a series of related unresolved challenging scientific and technical issues. In this proposal, we focus on the static economic dispatch, dynamic topology schedule and dynamic economic dispatch considering the uncertainty of renewable generation, energy storage and dynamic topology grid. We will present a model to descript the constraints with high- dimensional random vector and an algorithm to effectively reduce the number of integer variables in topology schedule problems, construct a more suitable economic dispatch model for smart grid environment, develop the optimization based methodologies for security constrained dynamic economic dispatch with multiple time scales, complex networked structure, and mixed decision variables. This project will make contributions in establishing theoretic foundations and developing practical methods for security, stability, efficient and economic operating of the new smart grid environment.
