中文摘要: 对运动人体进行建模、身份识别及行为分析,是智能视频监控领域一项具有重要意义的工作。本项目以视频监控中的人体运动为研究对象,对人体运动检测、视角无关的人体体态表示、动态特征提取和动作建模及识别方法进行了研究,具体内容和成果有:(1)建立了一个含有10种动作、每个动作具有8个方向的人体运动动作数据库;(2)提出了一种多视角情况下人体3D雕刻重建方法及视角无关的动态特征提取方法;(3)针对视频图像中人体目标与背景相似时,不能提取较完整人体目标的问题,提出了一种基于分层引导的人体目标分割方法;(4)建立了一种基于高斯模型的人体运动序列无监督分割方法;(5)研究了基于HMM及CRF的人体运动建模方法,提出了一种主题相关的条件随机场(TCRF)人体运动建模及识别方法;(6)为解决人体运动过程中同一时刻存在多种动作模式的问题,在概率图模型理论的指导下,依据人体运动过程中存在的多尺度信息和运动序列的上下文信息,提出了一种多尺度随机场模型来对人体运动进行多层的建模和多尺度分析;(7)依托本项目共发表论文4篇论文,获批1项发明专利。

英文摘要: Human motion modeling and behavior analysis are very important and challenging task in the field of intelligent video surveillance. Aiming at the human motion object in the video surveillance,the main research of this project include the detection of human motion object,the view-independent human posture representation,the extraction of human dynamic features and human action modeling and recognition.Main results we got are:(1)A human action database which include ten human action and eight direction was built;(2)We proposed a 3D human posture carving reconstruction method under many views and a view-independent dynamic feature representation method;(3)Aiming at the problem of the incomplete human motion object segmentation in the case of similarity between object and background,we proposed an human object segmentation algorithm based on guided layering from video images;(4) Built a new unsupervised segmentation method for human activity sequence based on Gaussian model;(5)Human motion modeling method based on HMM and CRF model was investigated, and then a topic-relative conditional random field (TCRF) was proposed;(6) In order to solve the problem of existing many action models at the same time,a multi-scale conditional random filed model was proposed for human motion modeling,the method was guided by the probabilistic graphical model in terms of the multi-scale information and context information in the human motion video sequences;(7)The project published 4 papers,and got an invention patent.
