中文摘要: 死锁控制是柔性制造系统安全、有效运行的重要前提,现有的在Petri网框架下,基于信标的柔性制造系统死锁控制策略没有考虑网的演化,因而通常无法得到具有最大许可行为的活性Petri网控制器;基于信标的死锁控制首先要对信标进行控制,也就是为每个可能引起死锁的信标设计控制库所,一般网中对信标的控制已经取得了一系列的进步,但还不能实现对信标的最优控制;资源的利用率也是系统有效运行所必须考虑的问题。本项目研究的主要内容有:(1)从结构角度出发,考虑系统的状态演化,对引起死锁的潜在因素进行研究,设计新的死锁控制策略,进而得到系统的具有最大许可行为的活性Petri网控制器;(2)为一般网中的信标设计最优控制库所;(3)研究系统状态变化与资源利用率之间的关系。

英文摘要: It is necessary to control the deadlocks such that an flexible manufacturing system can run safely and efficiently. Existing siphon based deadlock control strategies for flexible manufacturing systems did not consider the evolution of the net, and therefore usually cannot derive a maximally permissive liveness-enforcing Petri net supervisor. Siphon control plays an important role in Petri net supervisor design. For generalized Petri net, it is difficult to design an optimal control place for any siphon that can cause deadlock. The proposal mainly consider these problems: (1) From the structure point of view, considering the state evolution of the system and the potential factors that caused deadlocks, design new deadlock control strategy to derive a maximally permissive liveness-enforcing Petri net supervisor. (2) Design optimal control places for siphons in generalized Petri net. (3) The relationship between the system state changes and resource utilization need further study.
