中文摘要: 项目针对当前基于模型的容错控制优化设计方法出现的问题提出了解决方案。基于模型的容错控制方法主要问题是忽略了实际控制系统中广泛存在的信号量化现象、执行器/传感器故障、模型不确定性等对系统的性能甚至是稳定性产生的影响。本项目从两个角度考虑解决此类问题。一是分析信号量化及执行器/传感器故障对系统的影响,提出一系列基于自适应技术的容错控制系统优化设计方法。二是针对网络控制系统中信号的量化和通信受限、模型不确定性等特性,建立基于滑模、切换策略的量化反馈鲁棒控制系统设计方法。本项目主要内容如下:(1)分别采用直接自适应方法和间接自适应方法对线性系统提出了量化容错控制器/故障检测滤波器设计方法 (2)针对带有不对称执行器死区故障的强非线性系统,给出了不须构造死区逆的自适应容错控制器设计方法。(3)针对带有量化饱和的不确定系统,给出了一种新颖的基于切换的滑模量化反馈鲁棒控制器设计方法。(4)对具有多传感器多执行器的网络控制系统,提出了一种主动变采样周期的网络控制系统设计方法。相关理论成果分别应用于飞行控制系统仿真研究中。本项目的成果为实现容错控制理论向实际控制系统的应用打下了坚实的理论基础。

英文摘要: The project proposed some solutions for the current model-based fault-tolerant control optimization problems.Signal quantization, actuator/sensor failure and model uncertainty are the main challenges of model-based fault-tolerant control method, which may affect systems performance, even systems stability.The project gives solutions from two perspectives. Firstly, analysis and study of how signal quantization and actuator/sensor failure impact on control systems. Then a series of fault-tolerant control optimization methods are proposed based on adaptive technology. Secondly, we established robust control system design methods via quantized feedback based on sliding mode and switching strategy for network control systems. Mainly include: 1) fault-tolerant controller/fault detection filter design methods for linear systems are established based on direct adaptive method and indirect adaptive method, respectively. 2) For a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with an unknown non-symmetric dead-zone nonlinearity,we developed an adaptive fault-tolerant control scheme without constructing the dead-zone inverse.3) For uncertain systems in the presence of saturating quantized measurements, a novel switching-based sliding mode quantized feedback control design method is given.4) For NCSs with multiple sensors and actuators, we proposed a periodic time sequencing control scheme, which may introduce less conservatism than the common controller gain based method. Relevant theoretical results are applied to the simulation of flight control system to verify the validity. The results of this project built a solid support for the development of fault-tolerant control theory in near future.
