中文摘要： 有关研究表明，资金短缺是影响中国女性创业的第一因素，中国女性创业者难以获得天使投资人和创业投资机构的融资。因此，借鉴戴安娜研究计划（Dinna Project）的经验，基于中国情境，研究中国女性创业者面向天使投资人和创业投资机构的融资具有重要的理论与实际意义。拟对长三角地区部分城市天使投资人、创业投资机构和女性创业者进行动态跟踪调研，运用MLR和案例研究等方法展开以下三个方面的研究：（1）研究女性创业者的个人特征和她们所处环境的制度特征对创业融资的影响，从而解析女性创业者面向天使投资人和创业投资机构融资难的关键因素。（2）构建女性创业者面向天使投资人和创业投资机构的融资网络发展模型，研究融资网络的"结构"和"内容"。（3）在上述研究的基础上，从需求的角度研究女性创业者面向天使投资人和创业投资机构融资的策略。

英文摘要： Related research shows that "shortage of funds" is the first factor which affects Chinese female starting up their own businesses, while female entrepreneurs are difficult to obtain financial support from business angels and venture capital institutions. Therefore, based on Chinese national conditions, that study Chinese female entrepreneurs' financing from business angels and venture capital institutions, by learning from Dianna Project, has important theoretical and practical significance. This project intends to carry out tracking research on business angels, venture capital institutions and female entrepreneurs in some cities of Yangtze River Delta region, and conduct the following three aspects of research by using MLR and case study methods: (1) studying the influence on female entrepreneurs' financing which caused by personal characteristics and institutional characteristics of their environment, so as to analyzing the key factors that make it difficult for female entrepreneurs to obtain financial support from business angels and venture capital institutions; (2) building the financing network development model in which female entrepreneurs obtain financial support from business angels and venture capital institutions, and studying the "structure" and "contents" of this financing network; (3) based on abo
