中文摘要： 加大对专业大户创业的政策引导扶持和金融支持力度，是加快培育新型农业经营主体和构建新型农业经营体系的重要组成部分。当前，我国专业大户创业的金融环境还有待进一步改善，急需解决农村正规金融市场融资难度较大和融资成本偏高等突出问题，以提高其创业积极性。本项目以专业大户创业决策分析为切入点，综合运用逻辑推理、数理模型与计量经济模型等方法，从理论上深入考察融资约束影响专业大户创业的作用机制，并结合实地调查数据和统计数据，定量评估融资约束对专业大户创业类型选择、创业绩效和创业能力的影响，在探讨农村金融机构与专业大户博弈均衡及其实现条件的基础上，提出相应的治理机制和公共政策。本项目研究成果将有助于促进专业大户创业领域的理论探索和实践发展，为政府部门制定有效缓解融资约束的对策措施提供决策依据，最终提高专业大户创业绩效和创业能力，激发更多农户创业积极性，推动收入增长和农业发展，具有重要的学术意义和实践价值。

英文摘要： Improving the degree of policy guidance and financial support on rural households of professional scale is an important part, which plans to accelerate the development of new agricultural operating actors and the establishment of new agricultural operating system. The current financial environment of rural households of professional scale still needs further improvement. In order to enhance their entrepreneurial enthusiasm, it is urgent to solve the outstanding problems on rural formal financial market including the high financing difficulty and cost. This project regards the entrepreneurial decision-making analysis of rural households of professional scale as a starting point. Through the integrated methods usage of logical reasoning, mathematical models and econometric models, the project tries to deeply investigate the action mechanism of financing constraints on their entrepreneurship from the perspective of theory. With field survey data and government statistical data, the effects of financing constraints on their entrepreneurial type selection, performance and ability will be estimated quantitatively. After the above analysis, the game equilibrium and related conditions between rural financial institutions and rural households of professional scale will be discussed.
