中文摘要： 城市网络联系具有经济、社会、文化、政治等多个层面内涵。国际主流的研究是通过测度企业内部网络结构来反映城市网络的经济联系，存在GaWC连锁网络研究以及社会网络分析两种范式。本研究综合国际最新研究动向，利用中国2000年-2012年A股上市公司年报，建立中国上市公司企业网络数据库，以长三角两省一市为中心，采用社会网络分析和GIS空间分析等研究方法；在区域尺度上，研究长三角城市网络内部结构演变及其机制；在全国尺度上，研究长三角与中国城市网络的相互作用模式演变及其动力机制；在全球尺度上，研究长三角上市公司对外直接投资形成的跨境城市网络的区位模式演变，总结长三角城市网络与世界城市网络的相互联系演变规律。在实证基础上，从企业网络组织的视角研究上海建设世界城市、长三角迈向世界级城市群发展战略。本研究有助于发展中国城市网络理论体系，也有助政府优化区域规划及企业完善区位决策。

英文摘要： The globalization of TNCs and revolution of information technology have profound impacts on the spatial behavior of firms and urban spatial organization. With entering the globalization and information age, the urban spatial organization arouses some new trends. More and more researches show that geography is still an important factor of firm network and urban network, the significance of urban network as innovation center is becoming more clearly in the globalization era. The links of urban network have economic, social, culture, politics and other aspects. With the development of firm network, the links between cities become increasingly close, and promote the development of the urban network. The international mainstream researches on urban network are based on internal structure of firm network to reflect urban economy network. GaWC School and Social Network Analysis School are two leading paradigms in urban network research. This research bases on the latest international research trends of economic geography and urban geography to study firm network and urban network. It collects Chinese A share listed company annual reports (2000-2012) to establish a corporate headquarters and subsidiary network database, and uses the related statistical data to carry out study on urban network of Yangtze River Delta Regi
