中文摘要: 随着板厚控制系统的成熟稳定应用,对冷轧宽板带高端产品的板形平坦度和边降质量精度要求日趋严格。平坦度和边降两个板形质量指标相互关联、耦合,实现冷轧宽板带平坦度和边降控制的全局非线性解耦,是解决冷轧宽板带高端产品板形质量精度问题的关键。本研究拟在申请人已开展的板形平坦度与边降自动控制技术基础上,基于轧机板形控制行为的力学分析,同时考虑辊系弹性变形和轧件弹塑性变形,建立辊系-带钢变形一体化计算模型,揭示各板形调控手段对平坦度和边降的调控性能及相互耦合关系,建立冷轧宽带钢板形综合控制非线性模型;结合逆系统解耦清晰直观的物理概念、智能控制的非线性映射能力和鲁棒控制思想,在平坦度和边降的全局智能逆系统解耦鲁棒控制方面进行探索和创新。从而为我国自主研制大型板带冷连轧机组以及冷轧产品板形质量高精度控制提供理论支持。

英文摘要: With the mature and stable application of the gauge control system, the quality requirements of the flatness and edge-drop for the cold rolling wide strip are becoming more and more strict. The flatness and edge-drop are interrelated and coupled. The key to solve the high precision control of the flatness and edge-drop for cold rolling wide strip is to realize the global nonlinear decoupling control of the flatness and edge-drop. This research will be carried out based on the progressing automatic flatness and edge-drop control technology. Having the mechanical analysis of the strip shape control behavior, considering the roll elastic deformation and strip elastic and plastic deformation, the integration calculation model of the roll and strip deformation will be established. The flatness and edge-drop control performances of control actuators and mutual coupling relationships will be revealed. The flatness and edge-drop control nonlinear model will be established. The flatness and edge-drop global intelligent inverse decoupling robust control will be achieved by combining the inverse decoupling theory with the intelligent control nonlinear mapping capabilities and robust control ideas. This research can provide theoretical support for independently developing high-precision control of large cold tandem rolling
