中文摘要: 本项目针对空间射线、粒子流等对航天器的危害,拟研究MnZn铁氧体薄膜的辐射效应。在不同退火情况下,分析MnZn铁氧体薄膜的晶粒生长机理,在此基础上,研究MnZn铁氧体薄膜的电磁辐射效应、粒子辐射效应,探索辐射对MnZn铁氧体薄膜电磁性能影响的规律及机理,并调整成膜工艺和退火方式,探寻提高MnZn铁氧体薄膜抗辐射性能的技术方法和手段,为空天电子系统向小型轻量化、平面集成化、提高可靠性及使用寿命提供理论和材料技术基础。

英文摘要: Aiming at the hazards of space rays and particle flow on the spacecraft, this project is focused on the radiation effects of MnZn ferrite films. Using magnetron sputtering system, we will investigate the grain growth mechanism of MnZn ferrite films at different annealing condition. On the basis of this research, we will study the effect of the electromagnetic radiation effect and the particle radiation effect on MnZn ferrite film. Furthemore, we will explore the law and rules of the effect of radiation on the electromagnetic properties of MnZn ferrite film. Then we will adjust deposition process and annealing technology to seek the technical ways and means to improve the the anti-radiation performance of MnZn ferrite film, and to provide theoretical and technological support for aerospace electronic systems for the reduction of size and weight, the plane integration, high reliability and service life.
