中文摘要: 骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)移植在防治缺血性脑病及其后遗症方面具有良好的应用前景,但BMSCs移植成活率低、体内存活时间短、移植效果不理想限制了它的应用。人参皂苷Rg1作为BMSCs的诱导剂可以促进BMSCs特化为神经元样细胞,并促进其分化、增殖;同时,Rg1作为小分子物质,易于通过血脑屏障,具有抗炎、抗氧化、清除自由基、改善神经功能缺损、减轻脑梗死体积、抑制细胞凋亡等作用,从而为BMSCs在脑内的存活及分化提供一个良好的微环境,有利于BMSCs在脑内的增殖;因此,有望成为解决这一问题的关键。目前关于人参皂苷Rg1与BMSCs联合应用治疗缺血性脑病的研究还未见报道。本研究通过体外、体内模拟脑缺血动物模型,同时联合应用人参皂苷Rg1及BMSCs进行干预,探讨二者联合应用对于缺血性脑病的保护作用及可能机制,为其作为防治缺血性脑病的新药开发提供实验依据。

英文摘要: Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells ( BMSCs ) transplantation has a good application prospect in the prevention and treatment of ischemic encephalopathy and its sequelae, but the restriction of the use of by the low survival rate of transplanted , short time in vivo survival , transplantation effect is not ideal . Ginseng saponin Rg1 as BMSCs inducer can promote BMSCs differentiated into neuron-like cells, and promote their differentiation, proliferation; At the same time, Rg1 as small molecular substances, easy to pass the blood brain barrier, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, free radical scavenging, improvement of neurological deficits, reduce the volume of cerebral infarction, inhibiting cell apoptosis, provide a favorable microenvironment for BMSCs in the brain of the survival and differentiation, the benefit of BMSCs in the brain of proliferation; therefore, is expected to become the key to solve this problem.
