中文摘要: 有符号距离场进行模型的几何建模时具有拓扑适应性强、数据结构简单和便于布尔操作等优点,因此在当前得到了广泛地研究。传统的CAD系统不能建立无清楚材料边界的功能梯度模型,为了建模与分析异质材料物体,必须将异质材料几何显示与材料信息统一起来,建立任意拓扑结构异质材料统一的数字化模型与分析体系。本项目将多色距离场理论引入到异质材料的设计建模分析及激光快速成型制造方面,通过对多色距离场理论的深入研究,实现任意复杂异质材料的建模分析及制造,达到异质材料的快速、创新设计,而且随着异质材料的广泛应用,具有较大的发展前景。该项目研究了多色距离场理论,研究了多色距离场描述的异质材料的建模、几何及材料显示、热分析及激光快速制造方面,结合多色距离场理论研究,综合运用材料学、热力学以及制造科学等多学科的理论,为将来的异质材料的计算机辅助工程分析与数字化制造提供理论支持。

英文摘要: Reconstruction and modeling based on the signed distance field was widely applied and the advantages of which were topology adaptability,easy to be dealt with and convenient Boolean cooperation. Traditional CAD system can not express heterogeneous materials without clear material boundary. This project was aimed at the design and analysis of heterogeneous materials and the adaptively samepled multi-color distance field was applied to the heterogeneous materials. Through the study of the multi-color distance field theory, the design and analysis of arbitrarily complex heterogeneous materials became reality. It was innovative design, and the design reduced the development costs. The material information of object was added to solid modeling and multi-color distance field was formed to describe the heterogeneous material, which was the main highlight of innovation. The research extended the range of applications of the distance field, and provided a new method for modeling and analysis the heterogeneous materials. The project studied the theory of multi-color distance field, the description of heterogeneous material modeling by multi-color distance field, geometry and material display, thermal analysis and laser rapid manufacturing. Combined with the multicolor distance field theory, the integrated use of materials, thermodynamics and multidisciplinary theory such as manufacturing science of heterogeneous materials for the future of computer aided engineering analysis and digital manufacturing to provide theoretical support.
