中文摘要: 低温精馏空气分离过程装置结构复杂,机理模型呈现非线性特征,模型参数求解困难。本项目融合空分机理模型信息,考虑空分装置变负荷控制的要求,研究空分非线性动态系统建模与控制新方法,以提高效率、减小能耗。主要研究内容包括(1)基于Harmens状态方程结合多元非线性回归统计方法,融合空分过程机理信息,利用过程观测数据,提出空分非线性系统辨识建模新方法。(2)针对空分装置变负荷特性,利用动态补偿技术,研究和提出能抑制干扰的非线性系统辨识建模新方法,利用随机过程理论分析提出辨识方法的收敛性能。(3)根据空分非线性系统特点,设计新型的自适应控制策略,研究提出控制方法的稳定性,提高控制效果达到节能的目的。(4)开发实用仿真辨识建模软件和控制软件,验证所建立空分系统模型以及控制方案的有效性。本项目属于应用基础研究,提出的融合机理与统计信息辨识建模方法,对于提高空分非线性系统的控制精度、节约能耗具有重要意义。

英文摘要: The cryogenic air separation is the dominant process for supplying large quantities of nitrogen, argon, and oxygen to chemical, petroleum and manufacturing customers. The mechanism models for a cryogenic air separation process have the characteristics of complex structures, nonlinearity and hard to determine the model parameters. Combining the mechanism knowledge and taking the load change problem into account, this project aims to establish the dynamic mathematical models and to provide new control methods for cryogenic air separation processes, so as to improve the productivity and reduce the energy cost. The main contents include: (1) combining the information of cryogenic air separation mechanism and the observation data, present new identification methods based on the Harmens state-space model and the multiple regression statistical methods; (2) present new identification methods for nonlinear systems to solve the problems of the load change operation and the unknown disturbances, using the dynamic compensation technique, and study their convergence properties by the stochastic process theory; (3) according to the nonlinear characteristics of the air separation, explore new adaptive control schemes and discuss the stability performance of the proposed methods, so as to improve control performances and save
