中文摘要: 大城市的交通拥堵问题日益严重,这已经成为制约城市可持续发展的主要因素之一,交通网络上的瓶颈是影响其畅通的重要方面,大多数交通拥堵都与道路上的交通瓶颈有关。本项目围绕城市交通瓶颈产生中的一些问题,紧密结合城市交通的基本特征,从理论上深入分析城市交通网络中形成拥堵瓶颈的主要影响因素。利用元胞传输模型、模拟方法、数理统计知识及系统分析方法,研究城市交通网络拓扑结构对拥堵瓶颈空间分布规律的影响,探讨交通能力变化、交通需求波动及交通结构配置等因素在瓶颈形成、转移过程中的作用。基于对上述内容的准确认识,提出治理城市交通瓶颈的有效策略和方法,为制定合理的预防和缓解交通拥堵策略提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Traffic problems have become more serious in large cities, which has turned into one of factors restricting the sustainable development of the city. The bottleneck in traffic network is an important aspect affecting the traffic congestion. This project, aims at some problems when the bottleneck occurs, combing the basic characteristics of congestion in urban cities, analyze the effect factors of the congestion bottleneck. The cell transmission model, simulation methods statistic theory and systems analyse methods are used. And the roles of the variation of traffic capacity, demand fluctuation, traffic mode structure in the transfers of bottlenecks are reasearched. Based on the above researches, strategies to dealing with the congestion bottleneck is presented, which could provide basis theoretically for alleviating the traffic congestion.
