中文摘要: 近年来,我国大城市交通拥堵有愈演愈烈之势,治理交通拥堵已经成为各大城市改善民生的头等大事,通过用于交通的空间资源和时间资源的优化配置来改变居民出行方式结构,能够达到从全局上降低居民出行成本并缓解交通拥堵的目的。本项目针对多种出行方式及出行方式链,通过研究出行成本与交通状态的关系,建立交通出行成本形成理论和测算方法;并依此研究各种出行方式利益群体的博弈机理,分析给定资源配置方案下交通状态平衡点的形成过程,揭示交通时空资源配置对博弈过程的导向规律;通过分析时空资源配置的出行方式链成本边际效益,确定不同交通状态下时空资源配置的协同优化原则,从而建立资源配置导向的交通状态演化动力学模型。项目研究成果在学术上可以丰富和完善城市交通规划理论体系,在实践中可以为管理者制定城市交通的治理策略和发展方向提供理论支持。

英文摘要: In recent years, traffic congestion is getting worse in some big cities of our country, so reducing traffic jam has become a primary task for some municipal governments to improve people's livelihood. Improving the structure of travel modes by optimizing the spatial and temporal resource allocation of traffic can reduce travel cost of residents and relieve traffic congestion of road network. The formation mechanism and calculation methods of travel cost will be established based on all kinds of modes and chains in this project by clarifying the relationship between travel cost and traffic state. On this basis, the game mechanism among interest groups of different travel modes chain is to be studied and the formation process of the equilibrium point of the traffic state in a given allocation of spatial and temporal resource is to be further analyzed, which reveals the law that game process is oriented by resource allocation. Furthermore, the principles of collaborative optimization of spatial and temporal resource allocation can be determined under different traffic conditions by analyzing the marginal cost of trip mode.
