中文摘要: CO的高效转化利用对于缓解能源危机和环境污染、实现化工资源的清洁高效利用具有重要意义。本课题以高效CO变化催化剂为研究目标,以催化剂的组成设计和结构优化为设计思想,利用CO原料气的选择吸附导向合成技术合成出高活性催化材料,深入认识CO等反应物在催化材料表面的相互作用,系统考察对催化剂的化学组成、晶体结构、尺寸形貌、表面状态和微观结构对其活性、稳定性和抗硫性的影响;考察催化剂的催化作用机理;阐明催化剂各组分间的协同作用机理,并以此指导催化剂的结构优化,筛选出具有良好催化活性、耐硫性和稳定性的新型CO变化催化剂。

英文摘要: Developing water-gas-shift catalysts is meaningful for easing energy crisis and environmental pollution, as well as the realization of efficient utilization of chemical resource. This project aims to develop water-gas-shift catalysts for the high concertration CO. Based on the structural and compositional design, apply the selective adsorption of CO feed gas directed synthesis techniques to synthesize highly active catalytic materials, and to further understanding the interactions between the reactant CO molecules and the surface of the catalysts. In-depth understanding the relationship between the structural properties of the catalysts, such as the composition, crystal structure, size, morphology, microstructure, the surface state and their catalytic properties, such as the activity, stability, and the sulfur resistance; the catalytic mechanism is investigated to elucidate the mechanism of synergy between the various components of the catalyst, and to guide the optimization of the catalyst structure, and to obtain water-gas-shift catalysts with good catalytic activity, stability and sulfur tolerant.
