中文摘要: 针对石油、化工等工业过程中的水平油水两相流动过程信息获取问题,开展基于超声与电学敏感原理组合的分布式阵列传感器在非均匀相分布油水两相流中的测试方法研究。采用两相流场、电场与声场耦合数值仿真方法,分析多分散、非均匀分布油水两相流的动态流动过程对电学敏感场分布与超声衰减、声速以及多普勒效应的调制特性;开展双模态阵列传感器敏感空间与测量信息的配置优化,全面获取流动过程的双模态多维测量信息;采用多变量时间序列分析方法实现两相流动多参数、多尺度特征提取;开展双模态传感器获取信息的关联性分析、多源异质传感器信息融合方法研究,建立以两相流物理模型为核心的多源信息融合测量模型,提高数据融合的有效性;研制双模态多维传感器测试系统,使其能够全面、实时、准确地获取两相流动过程信息,为多相流研究提供无扰动、无辐射的在线检测方法和工具。

英文摘要: The process information acquisition of horizontal oil-water two-phase flows is a common challenge in petroleum and chemical industries. This project studies the methodologies of using a combination of an ultrasonic/electrical sensor-array to measure the non-uniform oil-water two-phase flow. The multi-sensitive field coupling simulations of two-phase flow field, electrical sensing field and ultrasonic sensing field are conducted, in order to investigate the distribution characteristics of electrical sensing field and the attenuation, velocity and Doppler effect of ultrasound that modulated by the dynamic response of a polydisperse and non-uniform horizontal oil-water two-phase flow; Allocation of the dual-modality sensor array is optimized on the spatial sensitivity and information acquisition to obtain the comprehensive information about the flow process; The multi-parameter and multi-scale features are extracted by multi-variant time series analysis; A physical two-phase flow model is built based on efficient multisource information fusion models derived from the analysis of the correlative character and information fusion of the dual-modality sensors data; The dual-modality multi-sensor data acquisition system is developed for the purpose of acquiring the flow characteristics of oil-water two-phase flow in a comprehensive, real time and accurate manner. This system provides a non-intrusive and radiation free measuring approach for the researches of multiphase flow and industrial applications.
