中文摘要: 危险率回归模型在处理具有删失、截断特性的生存数据中占有相当重要的地 位,是生存分析中最重要的模型之一。它广泛应用于生物学、医学、保险学、可靠性工程学、社会学、经济学等诸多领域,是当今统计学的一个研究重点和热点。随着实验手段和数据分析手段的日益提高,人们所获得的生存数据愈加精细复杂,传统的危险率回归模型渐渐显出其局限性,这对模型结构和模型检验提出更高的要求。本项目围绕这个研究热点,分别从模型结构的延拓、模型选择的方法以及模型参数估计功效的提高三个方面开展研究。这些研究工作具有重要的理论和应用价值。

英文摘要: Hazards regression model is very important in dealing with censored and truncated survival data. It is one of the most popular model in survival analysis. It is applied in many fields, such as biology,medical science,insurance science,reliability engineering science,sociology and economics, and so on. And it is a hot research topic in biostatistics,today. With the development of the method in experiment and data analysis,the survival data is becoming more and more complicated. Then, traditional hazards regression models are not enough to deal with these data. And some more complicated model are requested. This project will around three hot research topics, which are the extension of the model structure, method of model selection and parameter estimation efficiency to carry out our research. These researches have great theoretical and practical value.
