中文摘要: 针对干式离合器在交通拥堵路况下难以保证性能稳定的问题,提出频繁的半联动操纵是主要原因。因为内部力场、热场的变化,导致离合器呈现非线性摩擦传动特征。本项目通过研究离合器接合过程的滑磨机理,建立以摩擦面正压力等参数为表征的多阶段传递转矩模型及半联动临界点摩擦传动特性测试试验台。建立在城市交通拥堵路况下的离合器半联动操纵系统载荷谱,考虑从动负载作用并进行半联动加载试验。结合试验得到的离合器内部环境温度和滑磨功,通过有限元分析法获得考虑半联动摩擦元件受热时间的离合器摩擦面热场梯度分布特征。在此基础上研究基于离合器半联动临界点的热稳定性条件。最后结合离合器寿命、发动机状态和整车平顺传递动力需求,获得由操纵系统控制的最佳半联动临界点。研究成果将为干式离合器研究提供理论方法和技术参考。

英文摘要: Frequent semi-linkage manipulation of dry clutch on traffic congestion road conditions is the main reason for the difficulty to maintain clutch stable performance. Because the change of the internal thermal and force field, clutch appears nonlinear friction drive characteristic.By studying slipping and friction mechanism of clutch engagement process, the project will establish the multi-stage transfer torque model which is characterized by friction surface pressure parameter and etc. Then semi-linkage testing platform is built to acquire the critical point friction drive characteristics.Through clutch actuator semi-linkage load spectrum on the urban traffic congestion road conditions and the driven load,the semi-linkage load testing can be carried out.According to the measured clutch internal temperature and slipping and friction power, the thermal field distribution gradient considering the semi-linkage friction pair heating time can be received by means of finite element analysis method.Then on this basis, clutch semi-linkage thermal stability characteristic condition decided by the clutch actuator critical point is studied.At last, combined with clutch life, engine status and vehicle smooth power transmission demand, the best semi-linkage critical point controlled by clutch actuator is studied.The research r
