中文摘要: 制造系统中工件与制造过程形成复杂多变的时空特性,其动态协同关系影响制造系统的能效,是制造系统能效提升的关键因素,但目前缺乏比较基础和系统的研究。本项目将以工件制造过程为主线,以绿色制造、制造系统多源能量流理论及能耗信息分离技术为支撑,从系统的角度分析制造系统中工件在制造过程中复杂多样的工艺特性和能耗特性,建立工件能耗属性体系结构;研究工件能耗属性与制造系统能耗间的多元协同规则,建立制造系统能效模型;研究制造系统能效提升机理和优化策略,形成制造系统能效提升应用支持系统。研究成果不仅可为制造企业实施绿色制造提供能量优化策略与应用技术,也可为制造业实施国家节能减排的目标提供相关的基础理论和技术支撑,同时,基于能效提升方法的理论成果,有利于进一步完善绿色制造的学科体系。

英文摘要: In manufacturing systems, parts and manufacturing process result in the complex and volatile space-time characteristic. The dynamic synergetic relationship between parts and manufacturing process influences the energy efficiency of manufacturing systems, and is a critical factor to enhance the efficiency of manufacturing systems. However, the fundamental and systematic research is random. The outline of the project is based on the parts' manufacturing process which is supported by Green Manufacturing (GM), the multi-energy-flow theory of manufacturing systems, and independent information technology. To establish the systematic structure of the parts energy consumption attributes, the characteristics of complicated process and energy consumption are analyzed during the parts fabrication process, systematically. To make the energy efficiency model of the manufacturing system, the multi-synergetic rule between the parts energy consumption attributes and manufacturing energy systematic consumption are discussed. To setup the enhanced applicant support system of manufacturing efficiency, the energy efficiency enhanced mechanism and optimization strategy of manufacturing system are studied.
