中文摘要: 本项目拟通过建立制造/再制造混合系统的多维不确定性模型,寻找混合系统中诸多不确定性内在联系,揭示其对优化控制的影响规律,为实现混合系统的平稳运行提供理论指导和工程参考。为此,分别通过基于机会测度、模糊随机和机会相关优化等不确定性理论对可再制造率、再制造修复时间、成本和拆卸进度等因素的不确定性进行建模分析;采用"十"字交叉模式,按照并行策略对制造和再制造的任务分配以及再制造的生产排序进行横向协调优化,基于鲁棒性思想,建立拆卸与修复、拆卸与装配的不确定多维优化模型,解决各子系统间的复杂耦合问题,从纵向实现各子系统的平衡控制;并根据系统运行特点和决策目标,拟通过混合智能算法、EDD-LPT启发式算法、两阶段遗传算法和启发式模拟退火算法等多种不确定性优化方法对模型进行求解,从而形成一套完整的解决制造/再制造混合系统建模与优化控制的理论。项目研究成果对再制造系统理论研究具有重要科学价值。

英文摘要: In this project, a multi-uncertain model of hybrid manufacturing/ remanufacturing system will be built, which is used to find the intrinsic relationship among the uncertainties of hybrid system, and indicate the influence on optimal control. The research will provide theoretical guidances and enginnering references to achieve a smooth operation of the hybrid system. Therefore, the uncertainties of remanufacturing rate, remanufacturing time and corresponding cost, disassembly sequence will be analyzed from the modeling by uncertain theories, such as chance measure, fuzzy random and opportunities associated optimization respectively. Furthermore, taking the “ten” cross mode, transverse coordination and optimization for both the task allocation of manufacturing and remanufacturing and production scheduling of remanufacturing will be studied according to the parallel strategy. Meanwhile, A multi-uncertain model, consist of integrerate optimizations among disassembly, pair and assembly, will be built to solve the coupling problem of complex subsystems,which is optimization control for each subsystem from the longitudinal direction.
