中文摘要: 发展低碳经济,是我国发展战略的重大调整,也是我国实现可持续发展的必由之路。再制造是我国发展低碳经济的重要组成部分,而在碳排放约束下如何提高再制造效率、降低再制造能耗以及再制造投资风险是再制造产业进一步发展的关键所在。在当前国内外研究中,碳排放约束下再制造闭环供应链的研究尚处于起步阶段,还没有形成较为完整的研究体系。因此,本项目拟以碳排放约束为研究背景,以制造企业为核心企业,以再制造闭环供应链的生产、销售、回收全过程系统优化为目标,主要研究如下问题:碳排放约束下,再制造闭环供应链的协调机制有哪些,其与传统协调机制有何不同?碳排放约束下,制造企业如何通过库存、定价、渠道决策来实现再制造闭环供应链的协调优化?碳排放约束下,政府如何制订科学合理的低碳环保政策,以及制订的低碳环保政策对再制造闭环供应链及其成员的影响如何,并给出相关政策建议?碳排放约束下,如何评价再制造闭环供应链协调优化前后的绩效?

英文摘要: Developing low-carbon economy is not only a significant adjustment of natioanl development strategy, but also the only way for China to achieve sustainable development. Remanufacturing is an important part of Chinese low-carbon economy, and it is critical to the further development of remanufacturing industry that how to improve the efficiency of remanufacturing, how to reduce the energy consumption of remanufacturing and how to reduce the risk of remanufacturing investment under the carbon emission constraints. Additionally, both in domestic and international research, the closed-loop supply chain research in the remanufacturing industry under carbon emission constraints is still in its infancy, and a complete research system is not yet formed. As the entire process of closed-loop supply chain consists of production, pricing and recycling, the aim of this project is to optimize the entire process of closed-loop supply chain in the remanufacturing industry under the background of carbon emission constraints. The main objectives of this project includes four parts. First, the project will find out these coordination mechanisms of closed-loop supply chain in the remanufacturing industry under the carbon emission constraints, and compare them with the traditional coordination mechanisms .The second problem for rema
