中文摘要: 课题以能耗占全球三分之一的制造业的节能减排问题为对象,以将能源优化管理与生产优化管理相结合为基本出发点,重点针对其中能源调配与生产调度协同优化的关键问题展开研究。在模型层,构建由工序视图和分厂视图组成的多视图能耗模型,设计通用元模型工具及层次化建模方法,研究模型集成理论与方法;在分析层,提出针对多种典型能耗-生产关联问题的能耗分析与评价方法,研究兼顾能耗与生产的综合优化评价指标体系;在优化层,设计不同协同策略下的能源调配和生产调度协同优化算法,并加以实现和分析评价。课题研究面向以钢铁行业为代表的高能耗制造企业,以优化理论和信息技术为支撑,一方面,将能源及能效因素引入传统生产调度与管理领域,进一步丰富现有生产调度理论;另一方面,将系统优化方法引入节能领域,为制造企业推行高能效制造提供理论、方法及工具支撑,协助企业实现可持续发展。

英文摘要: The manufacturing industry, with its costing of one third of primary energy use, is one of the main consumers of energy. In order to improve its energy efficiency, this project addresses the collaborative optimization of energy distribution and production scheduling based on integration of management of energy optimization and production management. In the model layer (ML), a multi-view energy efficiency model that consists of production processes views (PPV) and brunch plant views (BPV) is first established. Their meta-model tools as well as modeling procedure are then developed. And the theory and technology of model integration are further studied. In the analysis layer (AL), several energy consumption analysis and evaluation methods focusing on typical energy -production interaction issues are proposed. And a comprehensive optimization evaluation indicators' system that takes both energy efficiency and production performance into consideration is established. In the optimization layer (OL), collaborative optimization algorithms of energy distribution and production scheduling based on different collaborative strategies are designed, realized, and evaluated.
