中文摘要: 工业能源系统是一个复杂的系统,实施合理、优化的能源调度不仅可有效节省企业成本,提高其竞争力,还可减少对环境的影响。在实施能源调度的过程中,若能考虑企业制造过程与生产策略,形成能源系统与制造过程的协同调度,将对企业的高效稳定生产具有相当重大的意义。本项目以工业能源系统为研究对象,借助企业积累的大量数据,研究基于能源系统/制造过程协同的调度方法,并将所研究的方法开发形成调度应用软件在我国典型的冶金企业完成示范应用。研究内容包括:基于能源系统/制造过程协同的非完备数据填补与检测;基于工业数据频域分析的特征识别与预测;基于数据融合的能源系统/制造过程协同调度;能源/制造协同调度方法在冶金工业中的示范应用。本研究不仅为工业能源系统基于数据的建模及优化调度理论提供可用的方法,取得具有自主知识产权的原创性研究成果,还将进一步提高工业企业的节能降耗水平。

英文摘要: The industrial energy system is rather complex, whose reasonable and optimized scheduling can not only reduce the production cost of the enterprise, promote its competitiveness, but decrease the negative impact on the environment as well. In the process of energy scheduling, if the production planning and manufacturing strategy could be considered, then the collaborative energy system scheduling with production process will be engaged in, which could make the production process high efficiency and stability. Based on the accumulative large amount of industrial data, this project aims at industrial energy system, studies the collaborative energy scheduling problem with manufacturing process, develops a scheduling application software based on the studied method, and implements it in a typical metallurgical enterprise in our country. The research contents include, 1) incomplete data imputation and regularization based on the collaboration of the energy system and manufacturing processes; 2) data feature recognition and prediction for industrial energy data based on frequency domain analysis; 3) collaborative energy scheduling with manufacturing process based on big data fusion; 4) the application in steel industry by using the studied collaborative scheduling method. This project can not only provide a series of accessible methods for industrial energy system based on data-driven modeling and optimization theory, and gains a number of original research achievements with own intellectual property rights; but also improve the enterprise levels of energy saving.
