中文摘要: 制造业正面临产品需求个性化、短的产品市场寿命、订单需求的不确定等一系列因素,可重构制造系统通过制造资源快速重构,以适应市场变化。本课题以生产调度与制造资源路径优化为关键内容展开研究。首先,根据市场需求的随机性和资源的可变性及异构性,深入分析系统的重构特征,结合经济性因素确定资源重构的操作特征及成本函数;其次,研究面向随机JIT的适应快速重构与成本经济平衡的调度技术,提出基于知识的动态调度方法;最后,基于制造资源重构行为和调度方案,在研究单个阶段的配置易重构性基础上,寻找一条全局意义下经济可行的资源重构最优路径,使得所有阶段的整体配置性能达到最佳(重构成本和时间最小)。上述研究基于制造资源有限的设计冗余,通过资源重构,快速响应市场,获得最大的经济效益。其成果应用到生产企业,可提高企业的生产能力和生产功能,提高企业竞争力。

英文摘要: Fragmentation of market (size and time), shorter product cycles and unprecedented and abrupt changes in market demands represent new conditions that manufacturers need to operate with. By quick reconfiguration of diverse manufacturing resources,Reconfigurable Manufacturing System (RMS) is able to quickly respond to this new marketoriented manufacturing environment. In the project, the production scheduling and manufacturing resource route optimization are considered as key elements to start further research. First, according to the randomness of market needs and variability and heterogeneity of resources, the in-depth analysis of reconfiguration characteristics is carried out, and furthermore combination with economic factors to determine the operational characteristics and cost functions of resource readjustment. Secondly, the random JIT production scheduling technology for quick adjustment and cost economical balance is researched, and the knowledge-based dynamic scheduling method is proposed. Finally, based on the reconfiguration behaviors and scheduling schemes of manufacturing resources, after the study of single-stage reconfiguration, the economic feasible resource reconfiguration optimization routes from overall sense is searched (minimum reconfiguration cost and time). The above research base redundant design of limited manufacturing resources which aims to quick response to market changes and gain maximum economical benefits through resource reconfiguration. The results can be applied to the production enterprises, and enhance their production capacity and functions, improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
