中文摘要: 面向服务的制造(SOM)(如云制造)是实现制造企业向服务型企业转化、实现企业资源服务增值增效的研究重点。如何真实刻画SOM系统中资源服务、任务需求、企业合作关系等多个对象的动态变化,实现动态环境下资源服务的供需匹配与优化调度,是SOM系统推广应用所面临的关键问题之一。本项目将超网络理论引入到SOM系统的研究与分析中,从全新的角度来分析SOM系统中资源服务的组织、聚合,任务需求动态演变的复杂机理;研究构建制造服务网络和任务需求网络,及基于这两个网络的资源服务供需匹配超网络,使之能真实刻画资源服务供和需两个对象同时的动态变化,及供需间存在的多种供需匹配映射关系;研究资源服务供需动态匹配及演化理论与方法,分析各层网络的统计学特性(如服务的调用率、任务被执行率、供需匹配成功率和覆盖率)等,并应用到实际企业制造协作分析中。本项目研究将为制造企业如何开展和应用SOM系统及方法提供理论指导依据。

英文摘要: Service-oriented manufacturing (SOM) such as cloud manufacturing and networked manufacturing, which can enable the transformation form production-oriented enterprise to service-oriented enterprise and realize the value-added of manufacturing resource, is a hot topic and research emphasis these days. How to modeling and reflect the dynamic evolutions of resource service, manufacturing task requirement, supply-demand match of resource service, and cooperation relationship among enterprises, is one of the bottlenecks that hinder the wider application of SOM system and theory. In order to overcome these issue, the model and theory of hypernetworks are introduced into the research and analysis to the resource service, manufacturing task requirement, supply-demand match of resource service in SOM system. First, a resource service correlation network (RS-Net) and a task requirement network (Task-Net) are going to be established, respectively. Then based on the established RS-Net and Task-Net, a hypernetworks of supply-demand match for resource service is to be build. In the hypernetworks, the dynamic evolutions of resource service, manufacturing task requirements, supply-demand match of resource service, and cooperation relationship among enterprises will be considered together, as well as the multiple mapping relationship between the supply and demand of resource services. Then the dynamic statistical characteristics of the nodes in the hypernetworks will be analyzed, including the invoking rate of resource service, completed rate of task, supply-demand match rate for resource service, etc. The research results of this project will be a very good theoretical guidance to the enterprises users about how to implement and apply SOM theory and systems.
