中文摘要: 马铃薯是世界第四大农作物,但易发芽而产生龙葵素等有毒物质,降低或失去了食用和加工价值,给生产商和消费者带来了巨大的经济损失和安全隐患。对马铃薯的发芽进行合理地人为调控,是当今马铃薯研究领域和产业中亟待解决的关键问题。现有技术手段存在适用性差、有安全隐患等缺点。前期的研究表明,外源乙烯可大幅推迟马铃薯的发芽时间,但其作用机制尚不清晰。本项目从外源乙烯对马铃薯发芽的调控作用出发,研究外源乙烯作用后马铃薯块茎淀粉-糖代谢途径中碳水化合物的变化特点和转化规律,找出主要路径和关键调控酶,阐释乙烯对该酶的活性变化规律和基因表达的影响,揭示外源乙烯对马铃薯发芽的调控机制,为合理调控马铃薯发芽提供理论支持和技术支撑。

英文摘要: Potato, the world's fourth-largest crop, is easy to sprout in approriate environment and produce toxic substances, such as solanine. The edible and process value of patatoes reduced or lost completely, which brought huge economic lose and potential safety hazard to consumers and manufacturers. Study on the proper control methods in potato sprouting has become the hotspot in potato research field and industry in recent years. Disvantages of present technologies lied in the weak adaptability and potential safety hazard. The former research results by our research team indicated that exogenous ethylene would influence potato sprouting, however, the control mechanism was not clear yet. In this research, effects of exogenous ethylene on changes and transforms of carbohydrates in strch-sugar metabolism pathway of potato tube were studied, based on the control effect of exogenous ethylene in potato sprouting; then, key enzymys in the pathmay could be found, furthermore, the enzyme activity change and gene expression of those enzymes affected by exogenous ethylene was studied, At last, control mechanism of exogenous ethylene in potato sprouting could be revealed, which provided the theory and technique support for the proper control in potato sprouting.
